Tell us about your experience at Along Came Eve: From the moment I saw Along Came Eve, I knew it was the perfect place to get my dream dress. Kendal was so friendly and helpful, and completely put me at ease when trying to find the one. Moira was so thorough with the alteration made to my dress, it literally fit like a glove! I honestly can’t thank these girls enough. Thanks so much for making the whole experience so magical, I truly felt like a film star on our wedding day! I wish we could do it all over again.

Tell us about your wedding!: Our wedding day was on the 9th of May 2022 at the beautiful Sandhole Oak Barn in Congleton. Myself and Sean were originally meant to get married in May 2020, COVID put a stop to this and we had to rearrange. For the day we chose the color scheme of white and dusty blue and all the men wore black ties. My favorite flowers are orchids, so I went for a full white orchid bouquet, which turned out so beautiful. The ladies at Flowers on the Cobbles are very talented. With the dressing of the venue, again, we went for white flowers. We had hanging Wisteria from the Oak beams, wisteria trees, and white peony and orchid flower arrangements for the table centerpieces. We hired a lot of the decor from Uplit Event Hire, who we would highly recommend. To go alongside my dress I wanted to add a vintage feel to the day, so we had vintage cups and saucers on the tables for the wedding breakfast and vintage mirrors for the table plan, order of the day, and welcome sign. The wedding cake was three French fancies, which looked absolutely stunning and was so delicious! This was from Lois Little Cakery in Sandbach. The whole day was just so perfect and everything we could have ever dreamed of. We would like to thank everyone who made it a wedding day we will never forget!
