Tell us about your experience at Along Came Eve: I had the most amazing experience at Along Came Eve. I felt so self-conscious and low in confidence at the thought of wearing a formal, white dress. That all went away as soon as I walked in the door. Kendal was amazing at helping me pick dresses that suited me, I felt so confident from the first try-on, all the way to the last fitting. I didn’t go to any other bridal store or try on any other dresses. I ended up getting a second dress as well, that was so different in style to my ‘main dress’ but I felt equally as beautiful in. My atelier appointments were no different, the girls were amazing and they didn’t stop until it was perfect! Thank you all, so much!

Tell us about your wedding!: Our wedding was all about food, margaritas and love. We had a small, intimate wedding with just family and close friends, so the whole thing felt like one big super fun party. We set ourselves the goal of making sure everyone was well-fed and never thirsty, and based on what everyone has said, we nailed it. Our late night garlic bread snack, ended up being people’s hangover cure the next morning as they were just too full to eat it on the night. The band were amazing and essentially played all out of favourite songs, I don’t think we stopped dancing for 3 hours! We had a sweetheart top table, which I can’t recommend enough because we got to have quite a long period of downtime together, just the two of us. As everyone says, it went by in a flash. We rented oar wedding venue for 3 nights so we had an entire weekend of wedding festivities and it still felt like it went by in the blink of an eye. We had such a divine time, and as the cliché goes, I wish we could do it all again!
